この記事によりますと、アメリカのあるレストランでは、間隔を開けるために席にマネキンを置いています。ドイツでは、pool noodle (プールなどで使われる棒状の浮き)のついた帽子をお客さんに提供しているレストランがあるとのことです。
日本でそんな対策をしている話は聞きませんが、あったら話題になりそうです。

This article says that a restaurant in the U.S puts mannequins on their seats for keep social distance. And, a restaurant in Germany provides guests hats attached pool noodles.
I don't know restaurants in Japan attempt such measures. If they did it, they would be topic!

整理整頓が大事とよく言われます。でもこの記事によりますと、視界に物がいろいろあった方が創造力を刺激してアイデアが浮かびやすい人もいるから、ごちゃごちゃした方がかえって良い場合があるとのことです。私は整理整頓されている方が仕事しやすいのですが。

We often say that it is important to keep things tidy. This article says, however, some people like clutter because objects in their sight can stimulate their creativity and give them ideas. Tidy environment makes me work more easily, though.
