この記事は、怒りは無益だと述べています。確かに、人は怒ると自分が損する道を選びがちのように、私には思えます。でも、人には怒りの感情があります。それを抑えることは難しいものです。だから、怒りを別の形で発散することも必要でしょう。
This article tells us that anger is useless. Actually, it seems that we tend to choose the way to make ourselves suffer when we are angry. However, we have passion of the anger. It is difficult for us to restrain it. So, I think that it is necessary to release our passion of the anger in a manner other than making others unpleasant.
1月15日(火)、落語を通して仏教に親しむ企画「おてらくごのススメ」が、築地本願寺銀座サロンで開かれました。お越し頂きありがとうございます。三笑亭可龍師匠にも御礼申し上げます。
始めに、三笑亭可龍師匠に落語「干物箱」を演じて頂きました。このストーリーは、このようなっています。ある家の若旦那が、父親から外出を禁止されました。そこで、ぜんさんに身代わりを頼みました。ぜんさんは若旦那の声まねが得意なので、若旦那はぜんさんを家に置いて、自分は遊びに出かけることを計画したのです。
落語の後、私が仏教と物まねの関係について話しました。仏教は、善に励んで悪をしないよう教えます。これは簡単に思えるかも知れませんが、難しいことです。なぜなら、私たちは良くない心を抱えているからです。もし完全に善であれば、悟りを開いたことになります。悟りを開いた者は「仏(ブッダ)」と呼ばれます。仏教の目標は、悟りを開くことです。だから、仏教にもとづいて生きることは、仏さまのまねを目指すことだと言うことができます。もちろん、仏さまと同じようなことをするのは、至難の業です。しかし、仏教にもとづいて生きるならば、良いことをしようとするはずなのです。100点満点の10点しかとれなくても、何の努力もしない0点より良いのです。
On January 15, "OTERAKUGO NO SUSUME" , an event to like Buddhism through rakugo was held at the Tsukiji Hongwanji Ginza Salon. Thank you for coming. I appreciate Mr. SANSHOTEI Karyu.
First, Mr. SANSHOTEI Karyu performed a rakugo "Himono Bako". This story is following : A young master was prohibited from going out by his father. So, he asked Zen, one of his fellows, commute for him. Zen was good at copying the young master's voice. The young master planned to leave Zen in his house, make Zen pretend him, go out enjoying himself.
Next, I talked about relationship between copying and the Buddhism. The Buddhism encourages us to do good, not to do evil. Perhaps, it looks easy. But, it is difficult for us to do them. Because we have evil passions. If you were good perfectly, you would be awakened. We call awakened being (s) "Buddha". A goal of the Buddhism is that we are awakened. Thus, we can say that to live in accordance with the Buddhism is to aim to copy Buddha. Of course, we can hardly do same things as Buddha. But, we are to try to do good if we live in accordance with Buddhism. For example, 10 out of 100 is better than 0 without any efforts.
