2月18日(日)、日本臨床心理カウンセリング協会(JACC)のセミナーに行ってきました。私はJACCのカウンセラーの資格を持っています。会場は両国(東京都墨田区)でした。
今回のテーマはEAP(Employee Assistance Program、従業員支援プログラム)です。従業員の心身の不調は、生産性を低下させます。だから生産性向上のためには、メンタルヘルスも大切なのです。
On February 18, I went to a seminar of the Japan Association of Clinical Counseling (JACC) at Ryogoku, Tokyo. I have a license as a counselor of the JACC.
A theme of the seminar is EAP(Employee Assistance Program). If the employees' condition are bad, productivity will decline. Therefore, mental health is important for productivity.
セミナーの後、会場近くにある東京都慰霊堂でお参りしました。
東京都慰霊堂は、関東大震災と東京大空襲で亡くなった人の慰霊堂です。
大正12年(1923)9月1日の関東大震災では、約5万8000人が犠牲になりました。
昭和20年(1945)3月10日の東京大空襲では、アメリカ軍の空襲により約10万人が犠牲となったのです。
After the seminar, I worshiped at the Tokyo Memorial Hall. The Tokyo Memorial Hall is to enshrine victims of the Great Kanto Earthquake and ones of the Great Tokyo Air Raid.
On September 1, 1923, the Great Kanto Earthquake occurred. The victims were about 58,000.
On March 10, 1945, the U.S. forces bombed Tokyo. The victims were about 100,000.
